Over the years, I’ve built a diverse career starting as a Support Engineer in a local software company, where I provided technical support, maintained system stability, and ensured seamless user experiences. This hands-on role sharpened my troubleshooting skills and deepened my understanding of IT operations.
Later, I advanced to the role of Assistant IT Executive in the RMG sector, where I was responsible for managing network systems, hardware support, user access control, and assisting with ERP system maintenance. I contributed to optimizing IT processes and enhancing data security in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Currently, I serve as a WordPress Developer in a digital marketing agency, where I designs, develops, customizes, and maintains WordPress websites. I also integrate plugins, optimize website performance, ensure security, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with designers and clients to deliver user-friendly, high-performing websites.
